CHANCERY HOUSE

Pre Construction commenced in late 2021, Trainor Stone & Tile Ltd were then tasked with tiling 6,000+m2 over 9 levels while adhering to all acoustic requirements. Works comprised of: •Wall and floor tiling to WC/Shower/Changing rooms. •Reception and lift lobbies. •Curved staircases •Tea-points, cafes and external terrace tiling. Use of materials ranged from large format concrete effect tiles at 2400x1200 to 110x55mm handmade terracotta tiles. We were also tasked with the stone staircase restoration over 4 x cores and 9 levels. Bringing these areas back to life in order to compliment the surrounding fit out!
