Andrew started with Trainor Stone & Tile Ltd in September 2018. Andrew is a conscientious and professional person with extensive experience in administration. His particular skill set lies in the property & construction sectors. Michael Halliday

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Having joined the Trainor Stone & Tile team back in November 2016 upon graduating with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Michael has become an integral cog in our offering. Responsible for all commercial and contractual aspects of our projects, he has been involved in over 220 projects since coming on board. Espousing a mantra of proactivity-over-reactivity, Michael has excelled in the completion of some signature projects of late, including work at the stunning Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and at Harvey Nicholl’s flagship outlet at Birmingham’s Post and Mail Building.

Loren McMahon

ESTIMATOR

Loren is responsible for developing pre-construction estimates, material take-offs, value-engineering and procurement. With a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and honours in Construction Contracts Management, Loren has estimates, plans and bids on projects each year in excess of £20 million. With a far-reaching flexibility and knowledge base, he has estimated and planned projects across several industry sectors, including high-end residential, commercial, retail, warehouse, restaurant, office tenant improvement and transport hubs. His in-depth knowledge of tile & stone products and the ability to secure multiple projects is invaluable to Trainor Stone’s continued success.
