Trainor Stone Ends Standout Year With New Office Launch

Things continue to go from strength to strength for us here at Trainor Stone & Tile Ltd. and our ambitious Managing Director, Peter Trainor.

Fresh from being shortlisted for the First Trust Business Eye Small Business of the Year award for 2019, we have cherry-topped our highest-grossing year in business to date by moving into plush new office space in time for 2020.

Having previously called The Belfast Office at Cromac Avenue home, NI operations have now moved the short distance to a fully refurbed premises in Ormeau Business Park, maintaining the company’s presence on the site of the old Belfast Gasworks.

 “We can’t express how proud we all are with this huge leap forward for our company,” said Peter.

“After such a great year in 2019, we are excited to present Trainor Stone and Tile as one of the premium stone and tile contractors operating in the UK and we hope the move will help cement that sentiment over the foreseeable.”

The swanky new facility is split over two floors, doubling working floor space for our current employees based at our Belfast headquarters and affording us the opportunity to add some pretty exciting additions. 

As well as a new reception area bedecked in the companies own resplendent stone products, we see the investment in a state-of-the-art new boardroom as a sign of their underlying intentions moving into the new decade.

Moreover, the addition of a new canteen, contemporary WC amenities complete with showering capability and a staff breakout area will certainly make the working day more comfortable for our loyal and talented group of employees.

“I have been able to witness first hand the work our fit-out teams have carried out across the UK, especially in the London financial district and it was very much time to put our best foot forward with our own HQ here in Belfast,” continued our engaging MD.

Seven years on and with offices just north of City of London in Finsbury, as well as the new premises at Ormeau Business Park, the future looks bright for one of Northern Ireland’s most exciting up and coming businesses.

“I feel this move can see us consolidate our already breathtaking progress. In the short term it gives us a hell of a lot more space – a space we intend to fill with more young minds, intent on making their way in the industry,” continued Mr Trainor.

“From there, we can look to take on a greater workload and ultimately a raft of new clients. I truly feel we are on the cusp of something extraordinary and given that I wish to offer a huge thanks to our loyal customer base and hardworking staff that have made this move possible”.
